Comfortable apart hotel. Close to universities and other places in Providence. We rented a two-bedroom apartment, it had a living room, kitchenette, countertop, refrigerator, and kettle. As it is in a closed passage it is quieter than the surrounding area. It is quite comfortable and the service is excellent.

I ran out of hot water in the middle of the shower, the cleaning was good although it needs to improve (glasses, balcony railings and dirty doors) the second day they did not bring us breakfast, the third day they did not clean the room, the location is excellent. The bed and towels were very good. I didn't like the breakfast they offer, we wanted to cook and there was no board to cut the food.

The place is cozy, subtle decoration, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, the only bad thing is that they did not have utensils to wash the slab, there was no tea, coffee, sugar or sweetener to be able to serve something, it is uncomfortable for short-term travelers to have to going around buying those things to be alone for 2 days. Apart from that everything is fine

Good location, always clean in its common areas, entrance, elevator, hallways. The only problem is that there was no change of sheets or towels on all the days I was there, in addition to not clean the apartment. They did not deliver shampoo, soap, which according to their page they promote like this.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
