Good location for travelling around the city and visiting points of interest. Noisey at night 'when' the nightclub below is open. Smell of urine on the street immediately outside in the morning as a result. Slight smell of sewage/drains from bathroom sink/toilet but not excessive. I'll add that I have a sensitive nose. Room and sheets clean. Adequate lodgings if price is right.

The location is perfect, walking distance to all the historical places and night life. The apartment itself is nice, but the cleaning is definitely an issue as there was dust accumulated in certain areas, such as in the open shelf with the dishes and glasses. There was also a strange smell coming from the toilet and some noise from the club on the ground floor ( it should be ok if you’re fond of it). Location is top, though.

Was here with my pragnent wife and slept on the first floor, right above the disco. If you would like to party between 23:00 and 6:00, this is perfect. However, if you want to sleep around this time, this is impossible and really terrible experience. Tried to write with Booking and the host and they suggested a different room, but this has zero effect. Just terrible location, if you care about your sleep and worst service from Booking and the host.

We have stayed here all week, lovely appartment, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was enough utensils etc to cook when we needed. Sound proof so couldn't hear anyone in other appartments which was good. There is a nightclub underneath but I was on 2nd floor and didn't hear it. I see in some reviews they said it kept them awake but as I said I didn't hear anything and I'm a very light sleeper. Cleaning ladies were there regularly, if you needed anything it was no problem for them. Within walking distance to attractions we walked everywhere which was lovely discovering Seville. Definitely recommend going up onto Setas de Sevilla it was beautiful. I did find in Seville not very many spoke English so was harder to communicate sometimes. Isla Magica just 15 -20min walk away, was good to cool down as weather was so hot. We also went to Cadiz for 2 nights by train to the beach which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here in Magna Sevilla, lovely appartments and enjoyed our stay. checkout is 11 but when I asked could I store my bags there till my collection for airport at 12.15, they kindly let me stay in appartment until then which I appreciated. Thanks so much.
