Extremely overpriced for what you get. Tiny, uncomfortable rooms . They don’t provide dish washer (just tiny packets). Not environmentally friendly whatsoever , since every single thing they provide is packed in a plastic bag. The room was super noisy, the kitchen was EXTREMELY bad equipped , so bad they might as well not have a kitchen. if you need a knife, or pretty much any utensil, you have to ask for it in the reception. Really unfriendly receptionists as well. Look for something else in this price range.

A good hotel that offers exceptional customer service. In leaving the hotel I realised I left my apple airpods. The team at this hotel went above and beyond to get these back to me and dealt with UPS. They have been extremely professional. Thank you!

Avoid if you can afford to. This is basically a small step up from sleeping on the street. Sleep is virtually impossible, the beds are like torture implements. The air con is a complete joke. Room was sauna like in mid March, open the windows and it's noisy as hell until dawn. The absolute worst place I ever stayed anywhere in the world. Forgot to add, location is good but there was a pile of cardboard boxes outside with the same location.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in in my life. I was going to keep my mouth shut until I just smelled fresh recent men's cologne on my new sheets that were put on today. DO NOT BOOK Here. The toilet is literally loose from the floor. The bathroom smells like heavy urine smell. Even with door closed my children even noticed. The bathroom shower sprays out even if you are super careful . It's rotting and they just put caulk over it which is already roting. The beds are couches spread open in livingroom. My back literally has not hurt like this from one night in 30 over 30 years. AIR CONDITION DOES NOT WORK JUSt like all the other reviews say. I pray for people in the summer. Took 24 hours to cool the refrigerator down. It will not freeze anything. It's just not going to happen. Was woken up at 3 in the morning with loud and heavy EDM music and Bass for 4 hours. The upkeep of the propety is obviously terrible. Just look at the paint job near the elevators near the elevators. Update: I refused to give them my room number when I exchanged the cologne soaked comforter last night. So today they sent a guy (from front desk, smoking a cigarette) to my door talking about some obvious nonsense to see where I was at. Then someone rang the bell and ran 20 minutes later. Closest Staircase does not light up. Coincidence? Today also hair dryer hardwired to wall in bathroom kept tripping the circuit (there is a breaker panel in room) we gave up. Urine smell soaked in walls and floor is overwhelming today.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
