Good location, good facilities and friendly staff. Nice view from the pool. Our room did not have see view. They did not clean daily unfortunately, but overall great experience.

It was such a great place to stay we have 2 groups in 2 different rooms Kamal at the front desk provided us with better rooms since we wanted to be closer, gave us good tips and really good advice. He was definitely fantastic all of us happy hope to see him next year

Overall the hotel and the room(s) looked like a college dorm room. They claim the place has been recently renovated, however because it is party central, everything looked beat up. Our rooms kitchenet counter was missing pieces, floors were beatup, common areas dingy...their online pics are NOT accurate at all!...cant express how dissapointed we were. We paid for 3 nights and were at the hotel less than 4 hours ... we decided to book another resort north of Eivissa away from the loud youths. Was only refunded for one night even tho we only stayed less than 4 hours. But we were desperate to leave the premises. The process of getting one night refund took over 1/5 hrs!! Overall horrible experience. I will not recommend your property to ANYONE! Go north towards Santa Eulalia area, it is beautiful town with great restaurants and clean updated resorts. We ended up moving to Invisa Hotels Cala Verde... absolutely stunning resort!!
