        Despite the bad reviews, we found the place quite lovely and very spacious. Everything was clean. There are new towels and lines, and many cooking staff and dishes. (The only that was not clean was the dishwasher, I guess nobody paid attention to it). The bed is big and comfortable. Many spots to store clothes. Big windows, a lot of light. The location is also good! Unfortunately, during the check-in, we couldn’t get the keys ourselves, and they turned out to be in another building. Also, the key cards are unreliable and stop working all the time, so we had to replace them twice. Wifi is almost not working at all.

        Incredibly rude people. No WiFi signal almost anywhere in the apartment and when we got it just didn't work. One guy simply laugh when you tell them that's not right... I had to meet twice a horrible human being last day to leave and take luggage and he was late both times, not even apologising. The first time I suggested he was late, he had the shame to tell me he wasn't, when I was showing him the time he said "I can refuse you this service you know?", I said "no you can't, it's in the rules of the house", I had to leave my luggage in these conditions... I wouldn't do or book with these morons ever again

        When we got to our hotel, everything was dirty. There was hair all over the bedsheets and the couch had all sorts of stains and dirt on it. We asked them to change our sheets out with new ones because they were evidently dirty and they replaced them with other dirty ones. We did not feel comfortable in the room because we didn't know what had been cleaned or not. The dishes were dirty and there was no dish soap despite there being a dishwasher. The location was ok as some tourist attractions are within walking distance or a short bus ride. The check-in system was fully electronic and there was some confusion with the system. It's not the smoothest process but it worked in the end. Our room at least felt safe as it faced inward away from the public road and had shutters that covered the windows.

        Excellent location. The room is large and clean. Near metro and tourist attraction sights. Convenient shops, cafes and supermarkets around the apartment. Wifi connectivity is weak though. Overall it was a great stay in Barcelona.

        Very spacious place with reasonable price. Kitchen tools are in great condition, which is a big plus for people who want to make meals in the apartment.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
