My stay at Adaigo was absolutely pleasant. Mr. Gem and the house keeping team was outstanding. Mr.Gem made sure that the room was 100% in order. Although, I was settling down to new work experience my arrival back at the hotel was home away from home. Thank you Adagio.

We went here without any expectations, but they deliver something we were not expecting for a city hotel at that price point. The room we paid for is an executive room which, in terms of space and comfort, surprised us a lot in a good way. Big windows, huge bath surprisingly good channels and sound insulation that is above par from other hotels in this price point. The pool was average and not heated well but we still enjoyed it. The spa was nice and the jacuzzi and sauna were working. The receptionist Jessica who's working at night had gave us an hospitable approach. Thanks to her. Will definitely come back

My heartfelt Thanks for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, my stay was a pleasant and memorable experience. I had an early morning flight from Milan to Abu Dhabi, and upon reaching the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time, I had emailed the hotel in advance to explain my situation. To my delight, the hotel promptly responded and graciously granted my request to provide me with a room before the official check-in time. Not only did they accommodate my early arrival, but they went above and beyond my expectations was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom suite. This unexpected gesture of generosity truly enhanced my stay. Furthermore, the hotel extended the kindness of offering me breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. I would like to extend my special thanks to JAVED and LYN for their exceptional customer service and their role in making my stay so enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed, and I believe their efforts should be commended. Your hotel's commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction has left a lasting positive impression on me, and I look forward to the opportunity to stay with you again in the future. My family and I had a good stay in Adagio Al Bustan Abu Dhabi. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The team was kind and polite. Special thanks to yon at reception for taking good care of us. The team at main restaurant was very helpful too.room was nice clean ,bed is comfortable and clean washroom was nice clean shower is clean housekeeping team doing great job and friendly staff thanks to fatim,ahmed and hind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
