We spent 5 nights in Brussels including the new year eve. This accommodation was the perfect sizing for our family , 2 adults and 2 kids (7 & 8). The separated kitchen with table and 4 chairs was unexpected and it was a good surprise. All the staff was very kind with us. We found just a few opened restaurant in this neighborhood at this period of the year unfortunately but taxis and public transport can bring us downtown very easily. Overall it was perfect and good value for money, thank you all the Adagio team

We stayed with 4 beds. Rooms were spacious. All the amenities are clean and enough. But you need to be very careful with the bathtub, slippery when you come in and out. Other than that's is all good.

This was my first time at Adagio and it was quite satisfactory. Staff ordered taxis whenever I needed them, and there is a metro stop not too far away. Restaurants are a bit of a walk, but staff will show you where they are. A breakfast buffet is available for an extra fee, or you can prepare your own in your room. Met my needs.

our room was very clean and well lit. even the pull out beds we’re comfortable. the location was about a 10 minute walk to the main city area and park. it was about 5 minutes to the metro station so very convenient. the service was always on point, the front desk people are very helpful and happy to give directions or to even make the pizzas they sell for you. i highly recommend!

We stayed with 4 beds. Rooms were spacious. All the amenities are clean and enough. But you need to be very careful with the bathtub, slippery when you come in and out. Other than that's is all good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
