Great location for Stade Velodrome. Rooms are very tired and in need of some attention. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The receptionist wasn’t able to speak English properly. We had a few issues and it took a long time before she was able to understand. Had to use google translate. There was a lot of dust in the bathroom and on the towels. There was also lipstick on one of the towels. The location however is great, and the rooms were quite.

This is one of the strangest hotels I stayed at. Honestly, I have no idea what this place is, the people staying there, I'm not sure are people on vacation. The vibe of the place was just so weird. The location is horrible if you are going on vacation. Don't stay here as you have to walk a half hour to see anything. The rooms are clean and nice. The energy of the place is just weird weird weird. Dogs are allowed so if you are traveling with pets this is a plus.

As someone said earlier, the hotel seems to tolerate smokers. Last day of my stay, I could smell too much smoke in the hallway. Oh, actually people working there often smoke in front of the hotel entrance. Location is great, right next to subway. There are a nice boulangerie and picard (with their great frozen foods) a few steps away which is convenient for this hotel since it is equipped with a kitchen. Maybe you don't need the hotel breakfast (9 euros) if you do some grocery shopping. The breakfast room looked nice but in terms of proteins, the only item was boiled egg. There is a very large and nice Monoprix with some walking distance. Price was quite low, 50+ euros per night for the smaller room. The smaller room had quite enough space for one person and didn't feel cramped. There is a bathtub but when I filled it up by hot water then I was left with no more hot water. They said there is a limit for hot water and if you use it up, then you need to wait for 4 hours!! Also they don't provide new towels for 5 day stay and the towels were not of remarkable quality. If I ever come agian, I'll consider bringing my own towel. All in all, I rather hope they raise the price a bit and raise the service quality. And do something with the smokers!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
