They stay was comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Marseille St Charles bus and metro station, which is very convenient. Breakfast was good. Rooms could have been cleaner. But the best part about the hotel was the hotel staff. They were very friendly and helpful, and helped us with local knowledge of the place, where we can visit during our free time, and with directions.

Nice hotel. Excellent location because it is 2 minutes from the station. The room was quite spacious, with a shower and a soft bed, which was what we needed. Very kind staff. When we visit Marseille again for short stay, it will be our choice again🙂

this is a terrific place close to train for your baggage but still walkable to port and all the sights. The rooms are extremely quiet and reasonably equipped (we needed extra pillow and there were none available) included breakfast was nice and kept very well stocked with pleasent girls constantly working and tidying.

This is located next to train station. In the streets are running everywhere rats and all is super dirty. We didn't have warm water in our room. The kitchen didn't meet the photos, super small and didn't work as it is supposed to work. The bathroom was dirty and with a little broken hole. The carpet was dirty and the room smelled really bad, no air condition worked.

We booked this not knowing much about Marseille and its location, it is very near Gare Saint Charles and the area does have many itinerant people and felt very unsafe to my partner and I. The hotel itself and staff are excellent, but if you have stayed in this chain before it does lack a certain level of charm. We only stayed one night due to a delay with our transport, we then moved to a different hotel in Marseille. Just to reiterate, hotel and staff, very good, area is not so great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
