Got here super early around 7am the front desk lady was super helpful, allowed us to use the laundry, pay for the breakfast, use the gym while our room was getting ready. At 10:30 the room was ready so thank you ! Room was clean and great customer service. Easy to get to by train

I never write reviews but this time I have to. The room was nice and modern, you can have free coffee in the hall and the location was also nice and close to the metro. But what I really want to appreciate is the work and help from the receptionist Elisa. She was just awesome every time I had a question or needed some help. Thanks again.

Not in the main area of town. It’s a bit of a hike to get to a restaurant. The center of town is 25 mins away on train. The hotel is clean and comfortable BUT the rooms were very cold. I tried adjusting the thermostat and asked the receptionist to help me. She said that they don’t turn the heat on during this time of the year. It was 50F outside and raining. I’m from the Caribbean…this is cold for me. There was nothing they could do and I was really disappointed. I slept in my coat.

I booked the hotel with my partner for 1 week, the staff is very nice and you can ask for new pillows and towels. Tea & coffee are free and you can refill your water at any time at the hotel hall. We took the studio (with the sofa bed) and it is very nice and chic, the bathroom is spacious. Though, the room has a strange smell that i personally didn't like. (that explain the 4 star rate) For the location, the hotel is near the U-banh so it's very practical (train) Also, it is said that daily room cleaning isn't included when you stay under 7 days! :) Update : we discovered some bugs in our room ! We believe that they were silverfishes. Fortunatly, they aren't dangerous for human (not bed bugs thank god!) but it's still not really pleasant to know that there are bugs around your hotel

The hotel could've been a bit cleaner. The desks and chairs in the rooms are pretty uncomfortable for work. Parking costs extra. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
