Nice hotel with the basics things you need. The people at the reception were very nice ,attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The room is not big but it has the necessary things. There is a kitchenette with utensils, electric stove, microwave, fridge and kettle. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but there is a fan. The room is very clean but the carpet is with stains in some places and it has a bit of a smell. The shower with unsealed windows (like in the picture) so when it's dark you can see from outside what's inside. The hotel is on a street with cafe shopes, supers, pharmacies... There are a few homeless on the street. If you stay a few days - know that they don't clean the room unless you ask and pay for it.

Good news is that issues raised in January will be fixed at Aparthotel Adagio La Villette in March 2023. During our stay, there was no air circulation on the side of the building we were in, with unopenable windows, no working airconditioners in both rooms booked, and a building thermostat set on 28 degrees. On arrival, its important for your well-being to check before accepting to stay in any given room. Once you unpack and settle into a given room, the excuse of extra cleaning costs and low availability of cleaning staff available, is used to ensure you stay put. Not a great view of Paris from the windows of rooms 316 and 317, as you can see from the photo. However, the best part of your stay will be experiencing local places and people in the area of La Villette; it is multicultural and has a wonderful vibe, with plenty to do and see outside of the not-so-great Adagio Aparthotel in La Villette 😀

Very small apartments. Not suitable for 4 persons (although, officially, they offer this as a possibility). Only 2 persons can saty, with very limited space. Very small kitchen. Bathroom with no air circulation and water flooding the room. Very old and dirty carpet over the floor and heating system not working properly. Too expensive for what is offered. Only one front desk attendant (Mrs. Sunyana) was really kind and offered a great attendance. On regards other attendants, better not to talk with them (confused or not willing to help you with some information, always in a bad mood). Hotel location not so good, in a dangerous place (better not walk around during the night).
