Perfect for our 5 day stay. Amazing location in walking distance to everything. Very friendly receptionists and accommodating early check in. Let us leave our bags when we had a later flight. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. Good choice at breakfast buffet. Room was quiet and slept very well. Would recommend highly!

Great location close to the city centre and an easy tram ride to the airport. Large room, clean, with a small kitchenette containing everything I needed to prepare basic meals. I didn't have any noise problems, bed was comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

They were very welcoming and greeted us well. Gave us a lot of information on things to do around the area. The room was clean and lots of space. They were all friendly and helped us with our lost luggage and made sure to call as soon as it had arrived. There is a lot of security as you need the swipe card to even get through the front door of the building at all times and to operate the lifts. I would definitely stay here again!

The bedroom is included a small kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine. The bedroom is quite spacious. Toilet is separated from bathroom. The hotel has a free gym and sauna. It is an apart hotel so there is no cleaning service. The bedroom worked fine for me, I would stay there again.

I do feel at home at this residence. The customer service is great even when something goes wrong they attend to it immediately. That is always appreciated. The property is also well-located in Bordeaux. Everything is within walking distance and easy to access.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
