Excellent location, near the main street and could not be closer to the metro! We liked filling up our water bottles before going out, and having a kitchen and fridge was really essential for our trip (comes with a dishwasher and washing liquid and sponge). Unfortunately, when we got there, the lights in the bathroom weren't working and air con wasn't blowing any air out, it was really hot. Thankfully the receptionists are really accommodating. They said they would get an electrician out and we got a new room where everything was working. The air only blows out hot air so we still found it too hot (even in winter!), we had to have the window open and it's very loud because of construction. Bed wasn't the most comfy either and a bit fragile because it is a sofa bed, it was okay. Shower pressure and heated towels were great. A little bit of mould in the shower and the toilet needs a little extra scrub under the rim, the second room was much cleaner though! A toaster would be a great addition to the kitchen too. Customer service and location were excellent.

My wife and I found this hotel to be a good base for Brussels and surrounding towns such as Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp. Conveniently located near a Metro station, Central Station, restaurants, fast food outlets and supermarkets. Comfortable, well equipped rooms. Handy kitchenette. Only thing missing is a toaster for breakfast. Otherwise, very good. Finally, helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel has a good location. Unfortunately I can't really say too much else positive about it. The staff was okay. The room was not. I didn't like the fact that the toilet and the shower/ sink were on opposite sides of the room. I also did not like the bed as it was really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this hotel again whenever I decide to visit Brussels.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We could leave our luggage in a secure room before and after check in plus had use of their lounge before and after check in. The room was ok and clean. I gave one star less because of the design fault (no plugs or light switches on either side of bed) and the bed was broken but did have a comfortable and good nights sleep.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable . The reception area was clean, staff were helpful and welcoming at all times. Security for entering the hotel was very good as the entrance was onto a pedestrian area . The entrance to the tram area was next door and the Metro a 3 minute walk away, so very central for getting about , although everywhere was within walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
