Was a fantastic experience, hotel is located just a stones throw from the Royal Mile but the price certainly does not reflect this superb location. I had booked a studio apartment but on arrival I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was very roomy with excellent facilities. The beds are very comfortable & the shower was great. Enjoyed our complimentary drinks & coffee pods. There was a super bonus of a free chocolate night on the Monday night of our stay with a very generous spread of food & hot drinks to satisfy any chocolate lover & all complimentary. All the staff I encountered were really friendly & helpful I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough. What we got for what we paid was brilliant - never disappointed by Adagio.

For the price it was fantastic when you consider the great location on the Royal mile. Good food and helpful staff too. My only gripe? I was hoping for proper porridge considering I'm in Scotland, not the porridge in a pot you add boiling water too but again for the price you cant grumble

The hotel is well located and very dog friendly. The rooms are superb, with a good kitchen area and a bed which converts to a sofa so making a spacious day time space. Everything worked and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. This is the 2nd year running we have stayed and we will be back next year.

This place is perfect if you're looking to explore Edinburgh with friends and family. Firstly the location is very much in the city center with shops, restaurants, view points, bus stations and tourist spots all at a walkable distance. Secondly there's availability of both apartments and service rooms. The apartment was exquisite with ample built-in facilities. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. You can opt in for breakfast served in the facility or else just walk down the street which has plenty of restaurants. The staff is polite and cooperative apart from a few people who might put you off your tourist feelings. Overall a great experience at a very good price.

Great apart hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Located on the royal mile so you're basically close to everything, but you're just outside the busy part of the mile so it's the best of both worlds

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
