A hotel of the highest standard, the rooms are impressively arranged and equipped, as well as the bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent, a tram stop in front of the hotel and several tram stops away from the main train station and a short walk to the metro station. The reception staff is kind and nice. There is a small gym. The breakfast is rich and good (additional payment was required). I would like to point out that there was hair on the blanket, but this is a pointless thing that does not detract from the grade due to the good cleanliness of the room. In conclusion, an excellent and recommended hotel.

Convenient location opposite Festhalle. About 15 minutes by car to airport. You can get U and S trains nearby. There's also a shopping plaza nearby. Great hotel. I liked having a bigger room with a small kitchenette. Value for money. Service was excellent. Room was warm in winter. At the reception area you can get still and sparkling water without paying. There is also food and drink for sale. Breakfast was OK.

It was a nice hotel for the money the guest services were nice. The room had a decent view and was comfortable. Television is a little older and couldn't connect to it for more than a few minutes and it would disconnect. The room had a full sized fridge and a kitchenette with a nice coffee maker Would definitely stay here again, you are within walking distance of a lot.

Very modern apart-hotel, wonderful location (near to Frankfurt Trade Fair and 1 minute walk to the tram stop and just 4 stops to the Main train station where connecting to S-bahn and ICE trains). Very cozy appartments with fully equipped kitchen, TV with sound bar, excellent WiFi, etc. The suite for 4 has a bath and the small suite for 2 has only a shower. The only problem with our winter stay was that the bathroom and hallways were significantly warmer than the rooms - the air conditioning was having problems. But from all this, we have the wonderful memory of the extremely responsive, experienced and cooperative receptionist on duty during the weekend. I recommend the hotel and both families would definitely come back here again.

Stayed there early August 2023 with my family. Had such a wonderful stay and the staff was so kind they even helped my kids find their plush toys back when we returned home!🤩 Rooms are larger than in most other Adagio Aparthotels, and equipped with a dishwasher, along with all the other facilities you’d expect in a 3-4 star aparthotel. Very clean, well furnished, and we had a nice view on the city. Would come back without any hesitation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
