The room was small for 4 persons and the sofa (second bed) was not prepared despite our planned arrival. However, I have to say that for the first night they offered us an available double room. We asked twice for the change of bed sheets (on the sofa) and finally we changed them alone. Furthermore, the sofa was not comfortable if not damaged. The staff was friendly and open. The location rather good and the parking area closed and safe.

We were planning to stay 5 nights, but later upon seeing the conditions of the room and the hotel we decided to check out one day earlier. First the positives, the staff was friendly. The room had functional AC. The location was OK. It was close to public transportation. We had reserved a room with view!! Basically by view they meant a glimpse of the mountains 😀 since the hotel building is facing the hospital. The corridor from the parking and the lift was smelly the whole time, since it was next to the garbage disposal room. The shower lift was not functional. Despite reviews about the clean rooms, the floor was NOT clean at all. It seemed that they has not cleaned that properly for a long time😑 . The room service is not standard and if you need cleaning, change of the sheets or towels!!! you have to pay 6€. The reception and the corridors didn’t have ventilation and the air was very stuffy. All in all, I can say that the photos are misleading. Definitely the reality is different.

Pros: Good location. Close to the metro. Room was reasonably stocked. Nice to have the kitchen in the room. Air con was decent. Cons: We stayed for 4 nights with no change of bed linen or towels. We were only given two towels to last us the 4 nights. Also only given 2 toilet rolls. When we asked for more we were charged 6 euro. Only one person at the reception desk at a time so bit of a delay when checking in or asking questions. Basic but did the job. Overall, 3/5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

29 degrees during the day in Marseille and they refused to turn on the air conditioning. First the receptionist just lied and said it was broken. The next day they said it wasn’t hot enough. In who’s book is the late 20s not hot enough for AC. It was booked on the condition that there was AC. As a result the only way to cool down at night was to open windows and let in the mosquitoes. Of course they have no anti mosquito devices. As a result we were covered in mosquito or possibly bedbug bites. Do not stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
