We were satisfied with the size and setup of the apartment, the living room could be closed off to be a separate bedroom with privacy. Everything was clean, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-sized as well. Breakfast was expensive during weekends but it was good to have that option available if we couldn't go out for breakfast due to weather. The front desk staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious. They have their own parking lot for 25euro for a day. Great location. But when we stayed here, they had a hot water problem, so we were showered with cold water during winter! Can you imagine?? Hope they fixed soon. In return they give us free parking! Great services!. Thank you!

While the location was good and room was neat, our stay at aparthotel was average at best. The was barely information given to us on checking about the hotel, they charged 22 euro per person for a very average breakfast and nowhere was this indicated until check out! We tired to do washing in the laundry we lost 7 Euros trying to work the washing machine and dryer and was told nothing could be done. Over all this place was just not worth it and left us disappointed.

Apparently not the first time smoke/fire detectors are triggered by steam from bathroom in this hotel. Air circulation in bathroom and in the bedroom are set very very low, hence steam cannot be fully extracted. Hotel will suggest you open the windows and turn on the kitchen extractor hood if steam buildup when taking a hot shower/bath. As this is an inherently design flaw, this will happen again and again.

We stayed here for 3 nights as family of 2 rooms. The location is near to Munich train station, but thankfully not too busy nor noisy, and close to the shops and eateries. There appear to be a construction on the opposite side but when we were there, there was no work going on, so it was fine. The receptionist on an evening shift was a nice gentleman. The room, bathroom, with the side pantry and a microwave is convenient. We do not hesitate to recommend the Adagio Aparthotel Munich City. It was a pleasant stay, and we would like to come back here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
