Why is the woman(twisted hair, african) cleaning lounge was so rude? We stayed 3 nights and just checked out. We were waiting at the lounge. She was cleaning other side of the lounge so we were sitting opposite side. Other staff came and told us to go out, so we were organizing our stuff. At that moment, she pointed her finger and yelled us more than 5 times to go out. We were "going out" at that moment, madam! You dont have to yell, or pointing!!! Such a rude cleaning woman, i think your hotel need to educate manner again.

After trying Geneva's offering, we chose this establishment for our family stay in Paris, and we have no regrets. The rooms are spacious and offer panoramic views, complete with all the necessary furniture. Note that you need to pay an extra if you wish to have a view on Eiffel Tower. The location is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, and surprisingly, there are numerous facilities nearby, such as a commercial mall, several brasseries and boulangeries, and even a branch of the famous Gallery in Paris. This makes it very convenient for families visiting Paris.

This spot was great for us and out 4 little kids. We could cook breakfast and dinner everyday, only minutes from a great grocery, toy store, and shops. And quick hop on Metro to see everything else all around Paris. This is worth it for the location and views. The baby kit was great for a highchair, tub, stroller, and crib too. The pool wasn't our favorite, but overall, it's a great stay.

The hotel's location is truly exceptional; within walking distance, you can easily access a multitude of attractions, shopping districts, and a supermarket, as well as convenient public transportation options like the metro and buses. The hotel itself, while not exceptional, falls comfortably in the middle. One notable inconvenience occurred when I found myself without hot water for a night, and this issue remained unaddressed due to the apparent absence of staff at the reception, even after multiple attempts to contact them at around 11 pm. Furthermore, there were some maintenance concerns such as a leaking dishwasher and a bathroom showing signs of wear and tear. While it's not a top-tier hotel, it offers decent comfort. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's convenient location makes it a reasonable choice for travellers looking for affordability and accessibility.

Well what can I say??? After reading all the reviews I was very apprehensive but to be honest I couldn’t really fault the place. Lovely staff, rooms are what you’d expect for a relatively cheap 4* hotel, clean, comfy and an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. I think a lot of people book this 4* hotel that’s probably the cheapest in the area also with probably the best rooms with view of the Eiffel Tower and expect a 5* all inclusive experience??? Wrong hotel folks, ideal for families, spacious, kitchenette with all appliances and utensils, dishwasher and tablets, cloth’s, washing up liquid, all pots and pans and plates, cups and cutlery a BIG BONUS if you have kids, air conditioning also stayed strong whilst we where the for 4 days with no problems. We came to Paris to see the sights so knew we wouldn’t be spending much time in the hotel but thoroughly enjoyed and relaxed in the time we did on big sofa in lounge area of apartment. Breakfast is a really good setup with some yummy food for all the family, staff can become a little overwhelmed with the mad breakfast rush in the morning but that’s about as bad as this place gets. For the budget and the area/views this is an ideal apartment/place to stay for families. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Also all the staff where very polite and courteous and did everything that was asked of them, so well done guys and thanks for making our first wedding Anniversary in Paris a good one!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
