Poor cleanliness, toilet smells. Staff at the reception completely unbothered and unresponsive, rude and unhelpful. Zero cleaning, zero hospitality and zero housekeeping done. Filthy. They left everything to the sweet elderly lady to do their job. They don’t even change the sheets or throw the rubbish leaving the room to stink. Do not let this hotel ruin your holiday

Miss this place already. Went to visit in late January with my family. It was my parents’ first trip to Europe and they were not disappointed. Breakfast that is included was fantastic! Freshly baked croissants (served warm), great coffee, cheese, other assorted condiments. We were on the top floor and was also able to see the Eiffel Tower from our room. Large balcony space but too cold to stay outside. Water pressure, temperature of the room, everything was perfect. Could not have asked for more, especially for the price. Can’t wait to go back.

I’ve stayed in many Aparthotels around Europe and I can say with certainty that this is my favourite. The rooms are spacious, clean, light and airy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as all the main sights are within walking distance and there is a metro station (Miromesnil) within 2 minutes walk from the hotel door. I highly recommend this hotel and I will look forward to returning here myself.

Very spacious suites at reasonable prices. No complimentary room service unless you're staying over a week. Staff predominantly only speak French or only prefer to speak French. Clean hotel. Had plumbing issues in bathtub and drapes fell off but this was quickly fixed. Views at the balcony are amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
