The place is convenient although it really is in Issy-les-Moulineaux just outside Paris. In agreement with many other reviews before the place needs a good clean up, there is mold in the bathroom, tv was 14” (very small) over all it doesn’t justify such high prices.

Stayed here 3 nights. The rooms are tired and need a refresh. Broken wall mounted light fittings left exposed, light switches not working, laminate floor water damaged and lifting in places. Hotel did not make up the bed, clean the rooms or change the towels for the time of my stay. No aircon so not easy to sleep during the summer. Room rate was however in no way cheap. I could not recommend it. On the plus side, the staff were friendly enough.

There were bed bugs in the room and we got punctures. Moreover the bed bugs somehow followed us back home in the luggages even though we sprayed everything with bed bugs killing products and washed the clothes. Now we have to pay possibly thousands to the pest control to remove them. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to my worst enemy. I would suggest, instead, for you to prioritize your psychological and physical health and go somewhere else, and I would suggest the management to do appropriate pest control, seen the many reviews reporting this problem. You can’t even imagine the anxiety problems caused by any random red dot that appears after you stay at this hotel, with the fear that the bed bugs might still be there somewhere in your wardrobe and beds, affecting people that you might want to host, or passing them in other friends and loved ones’ houses.

The worst hotel receptionists ever in my life. They never provide double bedroom that I booked. Every time, they said that Hotel will provide double bedroom but the other receptionist did not know about that. In stead of that they provided other room key three times to make me check the bed type myself. But there were no double bedroom type. Unfortunately, they provided new room key where other guests already checked in. What an embarrassing cases in hotel? So ridiculous. Last night, Fire alarm occurred for one hour at 23pm. With small kids, we escaped from hotel during rainy. There were no explanation or provisoin of any care. What a ridiculous 300 euro room per night during Easter holidays? Across many tour experiences from US, European countries, Asian countries, and America continents, it was the worst hotel that I ever experienced.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
