We are a family consisting of a father, mother and child when we arrived tired of traveling in the evening at 9 am, we were greeted by the receptionist in an unwelcome manner, he was an arrogant and racist black man speaking with arrogance manner . When we arrived, the room was not clean and the water boiler was dirty, as you can see in the photos. I went down again to the reception and explained to him that I have a child and he is sleeping now, he asked me to come to the reception with my family and luggage and wait in line until my turn comes and then he will look at the subject, I told him he would prefer to give me a new room card and I will move to it without going down to the reception again, but he refused and said that you should load your luggage and come to the reception and we will check the room first if you do not use something we will give you another room, and finally we decided not to change it because my child slept and stayed in a dirty room with an unpleasant smell. It was the two worst nights I spent in Switzerland 🇨🇭

Stayed in this hotel with family from 22Aug-26 Aug 23, with family .Hotel does not have A.C.rooms ,gets very stuffy ,uncomfortable and warm specially in summer . Could not sleep on first night at all . Its Aparthotel comes with kitchenette , cutlery etc. But To my surprise they were dirty and not cleaned. On complaining at reception to receptionist Ms.Yemai , was curtly informed " Hotel does not charges guests for providing clean cutlery at check in " .was stunned. Does hotel management expects guest to clean utensil of there earlier guests? In general staff (except -1-2 ) are indifferent towards guests and very unhelpful. Tried to contact Manager but was informed not available.

We got a flat for 5 nights but they refused to clean the room not even once! No ice no coffee capsules available in the room. You should buy them! Bad hot atmosphere. The condition is not working! Never coming back We had to stay with almost a dirty room for the last two days.

Well, we all like to start tbe day with a good breakfast and with a big day of walking ahead eggs and bacon are a priority. So the options on eggs are as follows, BOILED, Boiled and then there is boiled, cook your own or pot luck. NO BACON!!! Others at least make the effort to option scrambled, which sometimes, well its an option. With no expense spared in room rates etc breakfast is a priority.

We stayed 3 nights. It was excellent. Adagio is modern in design and feel. Centrally located, too. Everything for tourists and business people is only a walk away, and 20-25 minute ride in the taxi from the airport or you can take public transport, which is easy and inexpensive. The front desk staff are helpful and welcoming. They answered all my queries before I arrived promptly and nicely. The studio apartment was big enough for two people, easily. We were out 'the back', where it was really quiet, because of the local residents. It was clean and modern. No problem with room service I loved the lack of intrusion, and everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfasts had a large choice and everything was fresh and frequently replenished. We had two meals which were delicious and excellent wait service. I also had an issue with my bank card, but it was handled professionally, efficiently and timely with me. We were worried about this hotel before arriving, but it met all our expectations and more. Loved it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
