What a wonderful couple of days in Nice in our room @AMMI. We loved our little kitchen and all of the assistance offered to navigate everything. Special thanks to Maria, who I believe went above and beyond in her help. The rooms are cute and functional, just what we needed. Looking forward already to a day when we return.

Great place to stay in Nice! Clean, modern and spacious room. Very well equipped small kitchen and not the least very friendly staff, ready to help with anything. And nice pre-check in process to make sure all you need is there. Would definitely recommend to others! Thanks!

Fantastic hotel! Rooms are spotless! Stayed here on two occasions. It has all the essentials and even more. There's a compact kitchen equipped with a dishwasher! Perfectly situated in the city center. The staff is wonderful and hospitable. They're always ready to assist and offer advice about the city and how best to utilize your time. There's a paid parking spot just 300 meters away from the hotel, which is super handy!

Excellent hotel in a very central part of old town Nice. We loved everything about the hotel! The room was spotless clean, the staff was amazing. Julienne was so kind to carry our luggages up to the floor and you have free water during your stay. Extremely friendly staff they do everything to make you comfortable. The room was also very quiet and the internet was amazing! I can only recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Nice!!

The location is extremely beautiful, you can enjoy the view of the sunset each and every afternoon. You can enjoy the spirit of the locals. The rooms are designed in a special beautiful way, the small details are amazing. I would definitely come back again. The hotel offered us also a breakfast at the caffe next door. And it was amazing. The people are super nice and sweet, and you can do your laundry for free :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
