Clean rooms, indeed in the mid of Milano. And a good bed. We liked it a lot, even if the rooms were a little bit poorly soundproofed (normal in old city buildings) thank you for everything

Excellent ! The apartment is big , compared to any hotel room . Very modern and clean the bathroom has a shower & a jacuzzi. A small kitchenette too ! Excellent choice i really like it ! Its also less than 10 min walk from duomo

Although it was clean and close to the center of the town, the room was very cold! No option to turn up the heating, even though they have installed A/C which you are not allowed to use. Only one small radiator for the whole room on a pre- settled temperature. Especially during the night, it gets very cold and you wake up in the morning freezing with your nose blocked.

Booked a room for April 2020. Made the booking just for Covid break-out. Because traveling wasn't possible, received a voucher for 6 months. Did wanted to extend this voucher since Italy is still code orange. No possibility and no understanding for the fact that the government announced we couldn't travel. Booking at this hotel means no flexibility with vouchers so be very sure that you can go or lose your money

This property is a scam and you will lose all your money if you have the smallest change in your schedule. They have no availability to accomodate client needs. They are unreliable, rude and they abuse the customer and the contract they have with Booking. We had a reservation and due to our flight we did not manage to get to the property until the check-out hour of 10pm. They showed no interest in commicating openly and constructively once we told them we will get there maximum two hours after their so called “closed check-in time. And not only this, but they openly said: “we recommend you to cancel your reservation”, but they already took all of our money under a non-refundable clause (if we cancelled). In the end, on the day we arrived in Milan, they cancelled the entire booking (for 4 nights, for which we paid Eur 1,000), without mentioning anything or letting us know why they cancelled. We had to make other accomodation arrangements because of them, in the middle of the night, just to have where to sleep. Just imagine if we would have had kids or no money do make additional arrangements. After this, we tried to get our money back since they cancelled the entire booking, but they absolutely refused. Booking could not help in the end, even though they contacted the property several times. Would 100% not recommend. I am also sure we are not the only ones that had issues with them. There are plenty of accomodations in Milan which are great and the staff is professional. We stayed in the end at Hotel Tocq and Living Suites, which are on the opposite pole from these scammers. And not to mention that we can’t even write a review on Booking even though they are keeping all our money. And they know that as a customer we can’t write a negative review there. They are again abusing the contract they have and their “policies” which are only in their advantage. I wish someone could have warned me about them before booking. But I will make a complaint to the relevant authorities. Maybe Booking could not help, but the consumer protection in EU will.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
