Everything looks clean at first but... There was a dead cockroach in toilet. The freezer of the fridge was practically filled with frost. The beds are easy to move and not of a sturdy build. The third bed of three bedded rooms are convertible sofas, which was even worse. The whole time a very bad stale smell came from the pipes and we had to turn on the ventilation in the toilet which was bright enough to annoy us at night. One should choose between the smell and light. Coffee, Tea and water in rooms are NOT complementary!! I would say it is at most it should be a 3-star hotel.

Decent rooms. Good location. Member of staff on reception in particular was very helpful and friendly. All staff, very nice. The tea and coffee is charged extra in the rooms. This is unnecessary. Buffet has a good range of food for all.

A beautiful hotel, located in a quiet and peaceful place, just 10 minutes from the center. Nice rooms, very clean, there's a kitchen, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfasts. We spent a splendid 7 days at this hotel and are sure to return again. Very top-notch!

Excellent in everything. I got a cheap room which was large, clean, and very well furnished. The service is excellent. All the guys are young and very nice. They gave me the possibility to leave my luggages for more days than my stay, which has been very useful in my situation. They always helped me with luggages and they called me a taxi. Excellent rooms, amazing service, very good position in Gracia.

The hotel by standard is just "ok". The room is clean, the bathroom a bit smelly (sewer issues), the window into the bathroom lets in a lot of sunshine in the morning, making it very warm. Rooms have no charisma, but the bed is comfy. The balcony outside is spacious, but has no good views. The room is fitted with mini-bar, iron board, curved flat-screen with free Netflix, bathroom has hair dryer, soap, shampoo and creme. The area is ok, quiet, but the hallway can be noisy from time to time. The staff is standard. Price is a bit high for what you get, but we had a nice stay nevertheless.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
