This place is basic, clean and reasonably priced. It is however very well located and close to transport, historical places, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the Douro river is only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and the rooms are well serviced.

NO AC!!! Stayed in a 2 BR for 3 nights during July. Temps were over 90 degrees throughout the day. They do not advertise no cooling system on their website. We only found out upon arrival. We were told no apartments contain a cooling system even though there was an AC unit on our wall (not functioning). TV coax cable was broken, we had to ask for another one. It arrived the next day. One fan they provided made a constant scratching sound so sleeping was even harder. The showers are tiny as well. Bedrooms were fine. Kitchen was fine. Location was great but overall the experience was poor. Would not recommend during the summer.

The hotel is not good no internet in the room I need to stay in toilet to get a internet connection and at night so noisy you can sleep good you heard a lot the noisy outside and early in the morning they have a rat noisy in the kitchen the floor is noisy also if you walking 🙄

Great location! Excellent parking. Minimalist, hygge-inspired suite—actually very nicely appointed with kitchen. Accommodating staff. Swimming pool! The nontrivial cons were poor WiFi, obstreperous geese-like sea gulls screeching at 4am on and bathrooms that needed deep cleaning with lots of bleach. Oh, and the comforter that had blood stains on it. Check recent reviews to see if these were isolated problems or if they linger.

The flat was very good located - close to the bridge and Flixbus station. It was equipemented enough and also clean. The breakfast was big and I really liked big towels in the bathroom :) anyway the best was our receptionist Ana, she helped us a lot with all ours needs and was always nice. Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
