        The receptionist were rude and behave impolitely to all of my enquirers. I had no idea of any of your facility, from the moment I drive to the hotel till I check in to counter, I’ve receive a bad experience with bad attitude from the staffs

        Staff were nice and in a convenient location! Bus 112 stops directly outside with connections to Hamburg Hbf. Rooms are big and spacious, a little dated however. Balcony is a nice addition. Rooms can get boiling in the summer, we didn't have AC, or at least couldn't find it! Our booking said we'd have a sofa bed but we didn't, not sure if that's the hotel's fault or the booking websites but it wasn't too much of an issue. Nice stores nearby also (Aldi + REWE). Cozy cafe across the road too (Café Klönsnack)! Would stay here again, but probably in a bigger room.

        Nice and relaxing hotel, with uncomplicated and welcoming staff. We had a family room for 4 and had enough space. Bathroom could be a bit bigger, yet it was OK. Everything well kept and clean.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
