        As representatives of Trip Advisor, we decided It was defiantly a 3 star apartment. Pros Clean apartment, The apartment was very Modern, Fully equipped television, Good air conditioning in hall ways and living room, very quiet location apart from the last night, Relatively good location for young and fit. Or those that can buy taxi services, Good size beds and bedrooms, Lots of information left out, which was really useful, including maps etc. Con Upgrading utensils, as some were rusting and dirty, Ceilings were very low (kept hitting head) No air conditioning in bedrooms, very warm and pretty uncomfortable. No black out blind in one of the bedrooms, making the room very light. There is only coffee, oil and balsamic Vinegar in the cupboards. Nothing else. Checkin and check out times change. So we thought check in was at 1PM, the rules on the fridge in the apartment says 1 PM, however, we were informed 2 PM. Check out is very early, you have to leave the apartment at 10AM. Most apartments are 11AM till 2PM for check out. We asked, and were informed it takes 4 hours to clean the apartment. We found this lightly unreasonable. Overall we would give it a 3 star, this hotel is not disabled friendly, and if you struggle with steps, then there is around 90 steep stair steps in total to get to the beach.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
