        This property is not what it seems. There are pictures of a hot tub on the main page and in the property description there is a hot tub but when we arrived it was right next to our apartment door (which was very cluttered) folded up and disconnected, picture attached. When we messaged the owner to ask we got no response until after we checked out the following day and the response was that “our room was not one that included a hot tube”. It was written in the description when we booked and it was folded up right next to our front door on our floor (only one apartment on each floor). Not very accommodating. The place has a very old electric heater which when in use smells like cigarette smoke and is very unpleasant. Also there is a parking garage listed as included but when you book the owner sends a message the day of saying he’s not in the area and the parking garage is full so you are forced to find street parking which is difficult and in most nearby areas charges if it’s not Sunday. Very dishonest host and the outside seating area is very messy. Also note that there is no drying rack for clothes only a small clothesline which has 4 clothespins. Also something that was listed in the description. Split is a large area with many accommodations available and I’d go with any of the others next time.

        We enjoyed our first days in Croatia so much in this small room that we decided to return there for the end of our stay in Croatia. The room is small, the bed and bedding are quite basic but, for the location, the price and the speed of communication from its host it is a perfect place to immerse yourself in the heart of Dubrovnik.
