        1. This is not an apartment. This is just a room. The bed is really small. Not enough for two people. 2. At the first night, The room went out of electricity and the gas in kitchen is not turned on. 3. At the second night, The room went out of warm water. I used cold water to shower. Even waiting for 24 hours the water is still cold. 4. The landlord husband and wife is blaming people and finding excuses. When I found out the water was cold, I try to contact them. They found lots of excuses to say that 'I bothered them at night'. They didn't check the facility nicely before people moving in,. 5. They came to the room together when I was leaving and blamed me on 'not knowing other country's culture'. It's really weird that they came even when I was leaving and they asked me to be quiet to listen to their excuses and weird blaming. They are like elders to give a lesson in my opinions. To be honest, I don't think their behaviors can represent any country's culture. The husband even said shit happenstance and blaming that before you move in there's not problems . For a single female traveler, it's really scary that they came together. I'm not okay 6. 6. They kept sending messages even when I have moved out from the room. They kept assuming I had done something to make the water cold. For example, I didn't wait for enough time . Or I unplugged the charger. I swear to god I didn't do anything just turned on the faucet to shower. And they kept blaming, trying to find excuses to accused of people is really uncomfortable and feeling unsafe for me. And they kept sending messages to assume me doing anything wrong also makes me feel really uncomfortable. So I won't recommend this room at all! I think for what they have charged, is not reasonable and they tried to give traveler a lesson when they didn't do their responsibilities. Also, they try to turn things to travelers when they didn't check their room well. And the worst part is their attitude. If the room went out of electricity, no gas in kitchen and the water turned cold, I would give 6 stars to this feedback.         I don't recommend this apartment, the room is too small and feels too oppressive. It cannot be called an apartment. The name should be changed. In addition, many of the landlord's equipments have problems, including kitchen and power outage problems. I therefore do not recommend it!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
