This apartment is lovely and well situated close the beach, it is located on the outskirts of Dubrovnik in the Lapad area which has loads of shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is 2 mins from the apartment and the no. 4 takes you straight into the old town of Dubrovnik within 10 mins. The owners were lovely and very helpful but we did have an issue with payment as we were not aware that they required payment in cash, this was no fault of the owners but the company who we booked with. Just a couple of other things to watch out for with this apartment, unfortunately the beds were horrendous and the mattresses lumpy and the beds squeaked every time you moved an inch. Also the en-suite room king size bed had two single mattresses instead of a full king size mattress this cause a lot of sleepless nights. The main bathroom also is tiny and if sharing with more than 2 people is a problem also the bathroom door did not lock so was not very pleasant to use. Also when booking they stated that they would provide toiletries this was not the case so was glad to have brought our own stuff. Overall the apartment appears to be lovely but we just felt it needed the owners to pay more attention to the details.

The space is spacious and comfortable, the living room and balcony are very bright, the kitchen is well-equipped, there is a supermarket downstairs, nearby seafood stalls, restaurants and shopping trails, very convenient, the management staff are also friendly, there is a No. 4 bus to the ancient city that will arrive in 15 minutes

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
