I express my gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that they are very friendly and polite, which creates an atmosphere of a good holiday. Everything is clean and comfortable. We liked everything. The hotel met all expectations. Very clean, comfortable rooms. The photo is completely true. It's nice when people treat their work with dedication and responsibility.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff warmly welcomed me upon arrival. The breakfast offered at the hotel was decent, although there is room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. One highlight of my stay was the Tea room on the second floor, which left a lasting impression with its elegant ambiance. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breathtaking view of the entire city from my window was truly remarkable.

This hotel is located in the heart of city and in most iconic building flame tower. Great rooms, great stay and fantastic view.. this hotel has huge restaurants and their lobby is magnificent.. specially the live piano played.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Stayed for 1 night. My reservation included breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sea view rooms are great and I would definitely recommend them. The hotel fitness area is great. It includes cardio machines, rowing machines, a barbell and a squat rack, free weights and an open studio. It’s also equipped with sauna. Overall its a good place to stay.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, with a great view and with excellent service. Food was very delicious and service was attentive and efficient. Especially I 'd like to thank Ms. Mekan for being so friendly, communicating both in English and Russian and of course for the great coffee in SPA.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
