I stayed with my family. Owner corresponded unexpected trouble immediately and politely. WhatsApp response is also quite fast. When power supply dropped by our failure, owner immediately told us suitable troubleshooting. When my daughter feeling became unwell, he replaced sheets and comforter quickly. Apartment facility is very well and enough. Location is also good. I must chose this apartment next time as well. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay here for 10 nights. Great location in Alfama and very close walk to the Metro Paço do terreiro, close walk to downtown Cais do Sodre for the ferry to Alamada, Rossio, Elevador Santa Justa, Baixa-Chiado etc. I've stayed in other areas in Lisbon before, but by far this was the most accessible and quietest location. it's not too far into Alfama where you feel far from the other areas. Very quiet location at night to sleep, very safe neighbourhood, lots of great food options nearby. Luís was very accommodating considering I initially couldn't make it due to Covid restrictions, and he kept in touch throughout. Had a great balcony to drink wine at night and coffee in the mornings. Has a washing machine which I used because I tend to pack light. Such a great experience staying here and would definitely come back again on my next trip back to Lisbon whether solo or with friends. Finally, the apartment was very bright, cheery and clean.

I had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is beautiful, is very close to tourist attractions, the Sé cathedral very close by, local restaurants, amazing viewpoints. The service was friendly. The apartment felt very comfortable. It made my time in Lisbon very enjoyable.

Very good location with many shops and restaurants. Clean rooms, we stayed for 6 nights at Al fama. All necessities were placed in the room.luis helped us in providing the best service possible. Obrigado Luis. Highly recommended for your stay.hope to see lisboa soon again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
