        Lovely little apartment to stay in Split. Owners are delightful. Super close to bars, restaurants, beaches & supermarket. Would definately stay again if i was in Split!

        Lela gives all the necessary tourist information and is welcoming. BUT has several apartments at the same address and was sent a studio which did not correspond to the one reserved...it was, not on the ground floor but semi-buried, very dark, very low ceiling...for any ventilation of the small vents at ground level in the alley....very cramped, all in all not very comfortable for relaxing after a day of sightseeing...either sitting on a very straight wooden chair, or lying down on the bed in a very dark room! Accommodation located in a narrow and steep alley in the old town...which is absolutely not specified in the description. Very unfavorable quality/price ratio...I had the impression of being cheated...because the price was very high like everywhere in Split...much more so than in Dubrovnik. Answer....Certainly the first problem was that of parking....you suggested that I cancel the reservation..easy on your part when the amount has been debited for 10 days by booking...the refund will not be not deal directly with the owner and you know it! You immediately assigned me the semi-buried apartment without giving me a choice and showing me the one in the photo... I wasn't angry about Split, but about the parking problem. It would be more honest to warn and say "great parking difficulties", or "apartment located in an old town with narrow streets" and in this case I would not have chosen this place... It's the fact of being cheated which annoys me...in Dubrovnik, I knew it was difficult....Since June 25 when I entered Slovenia, you are the first problem of this type!

        Close to the center, yet quiet and peaceful location. Air conditioning and bathroom heating. Helpful and friendly landlord. Neat. Everything you need in the kitchen. Enough towels. Whenever requested, sheets and towels are changed, as well as other help available.

        Once again great service from Lela. The apartment is in a central location, from which it is a short distance to the market, shops, the beach and the bus station / port. The price-quality ratio is right. I highly recommend.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
