Stayed there for a weekend in June. Booked 4 nights had to leave after 3 because there was such a bad smell. Turns out the police had to be called because somebody had died upstairs and the cleaners didn’t notice for the whole time I was there. After the police arrived I packed my stuff and left. I contacted the apartments 4 times by email for a refund and they have ignored me completely. A disgusting place to stay.

Swiss Star Company, do you at least monitor the cleanliness of the rooms? The apartment I moved into stank of something rotten, the microwave and refrigerator did not work, the bed was old, the mattress was all filled with coffee and soaked with some other incomprehensible liquid. A separate minus to your cleaning! Not only is cleaning terribly cleaned in the apartment, leaving dust and dirt behind, they also wash their floor rags for several hours, thereby taking up residents' time to wash their things! Why do I and the other residents of the house have to wait 5 hours while your cleaning washes 2 rags? Well, at the end of my review, I will also leave a complaint about call center operators who talk in a boorish tone!

Don’t rent studios in this place. The studio I stayed at was shabby, old and dirty and smelled of smoke (despite the fact that it is a non-smoking building). The bathroom had mold in the shower, there was no shower curtain, so the water was everywhere. The toilet was gross. It was already cold outside but the heating didn’t work - the radiator had air in it and therefore the warm water didn’t flow through it. The TV didn’t work.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment here. When we came the place was filled with cigarette smoke. The place has no table and no chairs and that's for 4 people! !! The refrigerator was like a 1 foot tall and 1 foot deep. (20×20 cm) and it was just sitting on the floor. White curtains were covered with brown stains. Ando the day we were checking out we already had bags ready and about to walk out the cleaning lade started screaming "get out" in German. I traveled all over the world and had bad experience this is the first time I was so shocked that I decided to write a review. Absolutely horrible! No front desk.

The studios are bit small but fully functional for short stay of few weeks to few months. Kitchen is sufficiently big enough for cooking needs. Share laundry room but sufficiently available. All required utensils/equipment's are provided with weekly cleaning. Good facility close to Shilcity/Wiedikon and couple kms from Train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
