There were cigarette butts and ashes in the room. The toilet lid was torn off and there was mold in the bathroom. In another room there seemed to be a party going on, it was very noisy. Probably inhabited more by teenagers. There was apparently rat droppings in the basement with the washing machines. Everything absolutely not reasonable and a totally run down house. We quickly left the apartment and went to friends. A refund was not possible, because the extremely incompetent and unfriendly staff claimed that we had stayed in the room. However, since I already wrote a complaint email in the evening, I can prove that we had to stay overnight with friends. The matter now goes to the lawyer. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Do not stay here. The bed and pillows were dirty. Doors had pieces coming off, no blinds and the toilet and bath looked like something the last century picked out. We left after an hour and slept elsewhere.

İts the worst apartment ı have ever stayed its dirty male hair was all over my bed contacted to property they didn't bother to take action! Neither refund for the first day! not gonna book again!

Nice view out of the apartment It is working as well without reception But the room was in bad condition. - The table leg was broken, - The cabinet door over digestor was broken, - in bathroom was no fan to take humid air out from shower - in bathroom was no 220V plug for shaver - water from sink in kitchen was not flowing out - it was not possible to connect via their internet via company laptop - had never issues with different wi-fi, the connection was very unstable - in TV were 3 italian programs and that was it. - screeching wooden noise from upstairs caused by simple walking of neighbors up. Overall for the money was the room in very poor condition. It is as well not possible to get from them invoice with proper amount.. terrible service.
