From the moment we arrived, the service provided by the team was exceptional. As our flight was very early, we had to wait to get settled into our room which was supposed to be 3pm. The receptionist (didn’t catch her name) ensured that when the previous guests checked out, the staff were straight onto getting the room cleaned and ready for us to get in (this was all done by 12:30pm as check out was 11). They even provided us with breakfast while we were waiting and allowed us to use the pool in the mean time. Got heavy bags? The staff here will take them to your room for you and also take them up the stairs to your airport transfer when you leave. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. All of the staff were very accomodating and always followed through on any requests we had. 10/10.

Olga and the rest of the staff provided us with world-class service, to say the least. Olga took care of every detail and made our stay in Santorini a true delight. The breakfast was delicious and is brought to your room every morning. The room was beautiful! Spacious and very clean. The cleaning ladies are very diligent, warm, and helpful. The Hotel is a 20 minutes walk from Oia. Beautiful, delicious restaurants and taverns along the way. I will definitely come back and refer to all my friends and family!

The staff is incredibly friendly, they helped with everything we needed (COVID-Test, excursions). The view from the terraces is amazing. Breakfast is very good and delivered to your balcony. Location: 15-20 minutes by foot from Oia. Oia itself is very crowded and we were happy to come back to enjoy the pool and the tub on our balcony.

We had an amazing time at Aperantos, we booked the master villa it was beautiful, the rooms were big and clean ! The view... speechless !!!! It’s just like the pictures. The sunset was just as magical from balcony as it was in Oia ! The staff was so nice and welcoming, willing to make your stay perfect ! The breakfast was good, the hotel is beautiful and just less than 10 minutes away from Oia. I would definitely come back there any time !

We had a great time. Olga and the Rest of the Team did a great Job. The Rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool is very good and with a nice view. We walked the road to Oia, it took only 25 minutes. We definitely would recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
