I was visiting London during the Christmas and Boxing Day holiday. I originally booked at another hotel, but decided to switch to the Apex at the last minute because of its location. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Tower Hill underground stop, the Tower of London, the Tower/Millennium river bus pier, Tower Bridge, and Potters Field Park. You're a couple of underground stops from Trafalgar Square and a short black cab ride to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Parliament. In other words, the location is excellent. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are huge and beautiful and full of natural light. The front desk staff was awesome. Our flight in from Dublin arrived early morning and we arrived at the hotel a couple of hours before the official check-in time. I expected to drop off bags and kill time checking out the area, but the staff was able to give us a room right away. I booked a package with breakfast included just so I had one less thing to think about each day. Breakfast is served buffet style in the hotel restaurant and it is hearty. Just be sure to get there early because it's popular and things run out. The room service was also excellent with delicious options. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book again and again.

Me and my friend had such a lovely time staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was just perfect. Very nice, clean and warm. Spacious enough for us two. All you could ask for in a hotel room and at a great central location. A big plus was the fact that there was no disturbing traffic from outside. Would be happy to come back here again!

I stayed here with a friend on a Saturday night last month. It was fairly quiet and our room was ready before 12 and we were able to check in early which was a great bonus. The rooms were a good size, clean and tidy with a good bathroom. The only downside was the lighting as we entered the room. This is where the wardrobe was placed and it was very dark wood with only a single spot light and no lighting inside the wardrobe. The safe and tea a coffee tray were in there and we had to lift the tray out and put it on the other side of the room as it was so dark. The hotel was located in the city so it was quiet with it being a Saturday, but it was very close to transport links and a short walk to the tower of London and the Riverside. We didn't have breakfast here so can't comment. I would definitely stay again if the price was right. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for two nights during August Bank holiday weekend with family. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms and bathroom were very nice and clean with a modern decor. Plenty of lighting too so nice and bright when needed. Wish I was staying there longer. Rooms were a good size and the bed was comfortable and huge. TV was also nice and big too. Staff were friendly and helpful. negative was having to wait a few mins for the lift sometimes.

Great hotel in a nice area in London and next to the metro. We stayed for three nights and service was exceptional. There was an issue with one of our rooms but it was quickly solved, the management really cares that you have a pleasant experience and I appreciate it that. The hotel is modern and clean, I did not try the restaurant but it looked good. Room sizes are good for two people and the bathrooms are spacious! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and good-for-the price hotel in London

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
