My husband and I recently had a 4 day break at this hotel. We can't fault it at all. The rooms and public areas were spotless. Above and beyond even this was how friendly ALL of the staff in the hotel are. Some maintenance work was being done and "even" the maintenance men were really polite and friendly. A special mention for Jimmy behind the bar, so professional whilst still being very friendly. He remembered our drinks one day to the next which was a lovely personal touch. Thank you for all for a lovely break.

We stayed at the Apex from 17 December to the 21st. I would stay here again. As others have mentioned, the rooms were well looked after. Service each day was well done. Beds and showers were great. Location was fantastic with great access to historical sights and food. For the holidays they had mulled wine in the lobby. That was a very welcome treat after a day sightseeing around Edinburgh.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, walkable distance from all attractions. Great location!! The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was not the greatest, specifically early morning staff. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because once we checked out I realized that I did not get the room I booked. Due to all the excitement and jetlag when we arrived somehow we overlooked that part. So I am greatly disappointed because we paid for superior room with view of the castle and even though we had view of the castle it was not the room advertised on their website.

great location in the old town with a nice view on the castle. room was super clean, and the staff super friendly. i brought a mickey mouse hot bottle with me, and each day the cleaning staff arranged the bottle with their apex rubber duck, really making my day each time i got back to the room.🥹❤️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
