Room: It was one of those hotels that exceeded expectations. The room was fantastic! Service: A huge shout out to Daniella and ALL the people who work here that I had interactions with - they were all truly wonderful! I hardly ever leave reviews, but I truly appreciate the kind and lovely service they provided all through my stay, during the booking process, and even after I had checked-out. The location was great, the room was beautiful, and to top it all off, the people were truly awesome. 100% recommended!

Excellent hotel in a quieter part of Rome with great access to the metro (1 stop from Vatican, 2 stops from Trevi Fountain). The staff were warm and inviting and helped us with all our needs including warming leftovers! The breakfast selection is amazing. Would definitely stay here again when back in Rome!

I am SO happy about the choice to book this hotel! We booked two nights during the busy season and everything was perfect and easy. Clean, modern rooms. Walk-in shower, cozy bed and A/C. It’s honestly BETTER than it looks in the pictures. There is ample public parking, and the hotel is within walking distance of dozens of coffee shops and restaurants, there is also a nice little breakfast bistro attached. The hosts were lovely and helpful, patiently attending to every need, and even offering us complimentary toothpaste after ours was confiscated by zealous airport security. We would happily book this hotel again and again!

It is a cozy boutique hotel in Rome with access to metro and bus stations and quite close to the colosseum, Vatican and other attractions. Our AC was not working (it was 38° in Rome). The staff fixed it and also offered to change the room if the AC did not work. The staff is very warm and they have a good breakfast spread.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
