personally, I only like the location of the area, I do not recommend that hotel, but the hotel has a very good location, close to a large hotel and you can have breakfast and lunch, less than 5 minutes to the international central station and the underground, but the room does not have a good window and insulation, I do not feel clean pillow and bed, the picture from the room is very old. the double bed is very small in width and length, I woke up every time when I turn to the right or left, in other words is not a standard double bed. 50-70 pounds is expensive for a non-standard double bed. she tells us: I can't change the room!!!!!!!! the pictures show the hotel is very fresh and nice but it is not correct.

Stayed for 1 night with a few friends. Perfect location to kings Cross International where you can access London attractions easily. The room was very small to sleep 4 of us but was ok for the one night, room had a very small ensuite, with shower and toilet but a little gruby around the edges. Beds were comfy but would be good to have a second pillow. Staff were friendly allowed us to leave luggage there on arrival and say of departure. Overall a good option for an over night stay

We are lawyers and we will certainly be calling the health inspection agency to attend to this hotel. We were travelling internationally from Canada as a couple. We checked in Nov 1st after a long day of travel and stayed for half an hour before leaving. We booked this place because it was “cheaper” in the London area and because of the location. The pictures they have do not represent what the place actually looks like. It is really like a bad hostel. It was super dirty and tiny. We pulled wads of hair out of the rug. The walls were splattered with unknown substances. The furniture was in rough shape. We booked a new hotel for double the costs and when we respectfully told them were leaving they didn’t have much to say. We said we would pay for our first night but asked for a refund for the following two nights and they wouldn't entertain that. Just pay double the cost to stay anywhere but here.

Very nice experience. The hotel is position is very convinient, and the room was confomtable and really clean. It's a very good hotel if you want to travel in London's center.

Looks nothing like the photos, we were told we could check in at 11, only to be turned around and told to wait until 2. We got back at 2 and the guy had no idea who we were and our room still wasn't ready. Shower door was broken, room was freezing, literally the smallest beds on earth. Massive waste of money and it nearly ruined our whole trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
