I have to start by giving a special shout-out to the staff at this resort! We had the pleasure of meeting the very helpful and welcoming receptionist Isham. We learnt more about the food and different landscapes Morocco has to offer from him on our first night. His passion for Marrakesh, his home, was delightful and inspired us on our trip. A very warm and kind person and our introduction to the people of Morocco! Very convenient location (5 minute walk from shopping mall). The female receptionist was also helpful with directions for where to get medication close by. The apartment was nice and clean, you get what you pay for. The bathroom and kitchen area could do with a bit of renovation. We didn’t do much cooking but had all the necessary utensils. There was a heater/aircon, great for the cold nights and warm days. Disappointingly the pool was empty and seemed to be in renovation during our stay.

The people who work their are very nice and responsive. The breakfast was good but it was 80 MAD per person, you could walk down to Paul. The sheets were clean. The location was central. However, the rest of it was very bad. The place needs a serious renovation. The wifi barely worked. The towels were old and should be used as rags. The bathrooms are falling apart.

The bad experience at Marrakech! The staff was friendly but it’s unclean studio with a lot of previous customer hair and too much insects !! The furniture was old and the bed not comfortable also very poor stuff!!! It was my mistake to choose it.

This Hotel Appartment is a great place to stay ina quite neighbour hood. The staff are quite friendly, the rooms are quite clean and the price is reasonable.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
