Terrible experience Booked Full board All Inclusive stay for 2 nights They wanted to charge us for drinks. We were told we can only have the smallest 1 bottle of water in drinks for All Inclusive. Rooms were dirty, broken lights, TV without a remote Food with tiny and uncooked food. We left after 1 night only seeking refund but they are not responding to the emails

A very beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 3 days. It was wonderful. The room was in the best shape and clean. The view was on the street. It was a very beautiful view, especially at night. The bathroom was clean, and the number of towels was sufficient for two people.

Hotel on main road, very old but has the potential for improvement but believe they lack of investment & Management. Been ignored a lot. Furnitures, beds toilet & kitchen are very poorly condition… who ever rated this hotel more than one star they should be checked for mental condition. Wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy. Shower & sink drains r blocked, toilet seat damaged, no water pressure, dirty floors, bed not in size with matters,,, nothing in kitchen except a fortunate fridge! Wish someone do something about this good located hotel 🏨

Good enough hotel if you are not too picky. The rooms are big, nice bathroom but things might not work the way they are supposed to. No equipment in the kitchen whatsoever, just what's in the picture. Leaking toilet or not as many towels as guests in an appartement/room. Difficult to get new ones. The pillows in my bed came from the sofa with no pillowcase. However, it is not expensive, there is a reception and a bar, pool (cold water when the warm nights are over), good location, good beds. Safe. It doesn't really earn three stars, but two is maybe not fair either. A very good restaurant across the street. Lousy hairdresser to the left.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
