        The host was very communicative and helpful. The property was as advertised and in a great location. I see other reviews complaining about not receiving their security deposit but that was not the case with us. I received a full refund within several days of checking out. I have zero complaints and would stay again

        Spacious apartment but extremely noisy at night and very rude host. The apartment is right above a popular piazza and every night of the week there are lots of people and lots of noise. We couldn’t sleep without earplugs. There is no sound proofing in the room either so you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the apartment next door. The host is extremely rude (I speak fluent Italian so it wasn’t a translation issue) I was really put off by this. Other people also mention this. The key for the apartment is done via web link so if you don’t have access to the internet on your phone (or if you don’t have battery or lose your phone etc) you are completely locked out. The host also asks for a €100 safety deposit when you do the online check in which is not something mentioned on agoda where I booked.

        The owner canceled our booking 1.5 hours before we arrived. Was extremely rude with us over the phone and made no attempt to assist us further. Had to last min find new accommodation and spent hours trying to sort it out with booking agents. Would definitely Not recommend this to anyone purely on how rude the owner of the place was. Plenty other places in Florence to chose from. DON'T BOOK HERE

        Great Location. The rooms were very clean. The area is very lively and you could hear a little bit of the street life but it was acceptable. The fresco in out room was gorgeous. Would stay here again.

        Horrible host very rude, they try to charge you double taking advantage of the tourist. We came on our honeymoon and left us in the street to our luck.
