        if at the beginning everything seemed okay (good location, and nice apartment with a nice kitchen and bathroom) then our experience at Apart Brussels completely changed. In fact, the night before we left, somebody broke into our apartment. We are 100% sure that the door was locked. Our apartment was situated at the 5th floor without elevator (so whoever got in, knew what they were doing) and my friend sleeping in the leaving room heard a key in the door, which means the person that broke into our apartment had the keys of it. The burglar also took off his shoes, then went through our stuff and stole money and a credit card (that he used the day after in two Carrefour shops in Brussels). He also went upstairs but luckily didn’t enter the rooms. We are shocked about what happened. We told the owner about it, he didn’t seem very surprised and just told us that we were the only ones that had the keys. We had no time to report to the police unfortunately, as we were leaving on that day.

        My favourite Airbnb place in Brussels wheneveri come to Brussels for work. The owner lady is amazingly sweet and accurate when checking in. She looks after my convenience when I am on biz trip with lots of products. It's also very centrally located in the middle of city centre for me to travel very easily. Highly recommended to all of biz travellers, who are fed up with hotel rooms and need some cosy apartments.

        The location is quite, but I think it is not the best in Brussels but it is fine. Quality and price do not go hand in hand in this case, I think you can find something better. The apartment hotel at the entrance is already sad because of the dirt and disorder, the apartments are very small and very very very dirty, the bathroom is not to mention full of mold and the taps left water everywhere except where it should be, the towels with hair on the sheets torn and dirty, the stained quilts, the sofa bed is disgusting until you just sit down and the table Dining room not to mention cleanliness has a zero. The stairs, since they do not have an elevator, are smaller and more dangerous, they cannot be... well, a disaster there, you cannot rest, the photos that the internet shows you are an illusion. To be highlighted for helping with good hot water and the very friendly concierge (the gentleman)

        The apartment is nice at first glance, but as you experience it, problems arise. The television doesn't work, the bathroom without a window and without a fan is damp and smelly, the apartment is noisy both due to the noise produced by those climbing the internal stairs and the noise coming from the street (there are works in progress on the road, it seems until the end of the year, work already begins at 6 in the morning), the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. 2 additional negatives: on the second day of our stay at 9am someone tried to break into the apartment (luckily we were inside and we heard them trying to open the door from the outside), a homeless man sleeps next to the entrance door.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
