Very nice and cosy apartments. We live in this hotel 3-5 days every year, in the end of November. You have everything, which you need to live and prepare the food. Good location, not so far to the centre and near the tram, which can bring you even to the airport. Recommend!

AVOID! NO HOT WATER AND AC! Except the location is convenient and free water refill machine, nothing else I can talk about positive about this accommodation. We spent 5 nights there under hot weather, on the 2nd night the AC didn't work, we open the window and got lots of mosquitos flew in with ended up with lots of bites and couldn't sleep that night. We spoke to the night shift receptionist who was showing zero sign of willingness to help. On the next day, after spoke to the morning receptionist who was better and he agreed to change the room for us if the AC couldn't be fixed. So that night we went back and changed to a new room, this time was even worse, there was no hot water. The same bad attitude night shift receptionist again wasn't helpful at all, we ended up with cold water shower that night which was terrible. Thanks for spoiling our holiday Appart'city.

I have recently stayed in a double studio hotel room at the Bordeaux appart city. I am more than disappointed. To begin, online we requested an earlier check in which was denied, and when we did come at the check in time of 4pm, we were met with an insanely long queue to just get a room key. When we got into our room, we found it to be unpleasant. We only had half a loo roll on the holder and none more, we had NO towels at all (and when my boyfriend went to request some from the front desk, they weren’t at all apologetic) the duvets weren’t even on the bed and both were dirty with stains. The provided sheet was too big for the duvets although looked clean. We found the plastic kettle residing on the hob which is a clear fire hazard. The cups and plates were dirty. The A/C doesn’t appear to work well if at all, which is a health hazard at temperatures of 35 degrees. We had to request for a hairdryer despite it being advertised to be within the room, again we were met with the same unapologetic manner. We also requested an ironing board from the front desk, to which we were given a mini board that doesn’t even stand up. During our first afternoon in the hotel room, there was consistent drilling, banging and hammering. On our second afternoon, there was no hot water at all, and we found this to be the same on our third night. This place is not worth a visit at all.

Awful hotel and extremely dirty. AC advertised but does not work. Laundry advertised but did not work once in our 12 day stay. No one came to clean the room in 12 days, no fresh towels, toilet paper. The kitchen had a strong mold smell. The linens were old and worn. The location is okay, near to the Gavinies train station and bus 9. Breakfast is the same everyday and not worth 9€. Will not be returning. I recommend staying closer to downtown anyway.

Rooms not very clean, cobwebs in the corners, surfaces not wiped, bathroom not cleaned and hairs in drain. No one has come by in 6 days to at least clean a bit, no toilet paper provided after the initial two rolls. No fresh towels and the lady at the reception wasn’t too happy about giving fresh towels when we asked. She wasn’t very polite either. Bed sheets were clean on arrival but haven’t been changed in 6 days either.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
