Such a gem! Great place, had the best experience. It's best for honeymoon. They gave us a welcome drink at arrival. They even gave us snacks and water bottle for compliment. Staff was way too friendly. Great vibes from everyone. They even provide you basic beach essentials like a basket bag, umbrella, slippers, a torch. Also, cycles were free to ride from the hotel to the beach. Wonderful experience over all.

Great hotel! Stayed with my mom. Breakfast was really great and they changed it every day. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Hotel location was also quite good as there are plenty of shops, tourist guides, taxi service and money exchange within a walking distance. The beach is also a few minutes walk from the hotel. They also give umbrellas and beach mats/towels inside the hotel room. And also free snacks every day!

I stayed with my family. The rooms were clean and service was good. Very kid friendly and nearby beach. They serve you welcome drink and guide you each details related to the amenities this place has. Free cycles, water slides, kids play area. Love to stay again.

Good location with nice pool entry from room and also pool bar. Free beach towels. We didnt like level of cleaning service (didnt clean balcony and left dust in corners), sometimes without hot water in shower (had to call reception every time), balcony lock did not work so we had to call reception again to change the lock. Breakfast were avarage, lack of english speaking staff.

Positive experience overall! The hotel boasts a prime location, and the staff is not only great but also notably helpful and polite. While the breakfast was average, it still met expectations. I'd definitely consider staying again. Big shout to staffs green, chea and bang.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
