Absolutely no go zone. This place falsed advertised by using pictures that aren't theirs on Agoda. Charged a premium at nearly £100 a night on Nye then shuff you into the most unacceptable accommodation I've ever come across in my life. We were sleeping next to toliet without door, shower also come without enclosure and damp smell was horrendous from the room. It will absolutely cost your health. Please do not go. It should be shut down long ago by health and safety department. Ps. We have reported this scum of accommodation to health and safety department and will do everything to have it shut down.

Exceeded expectations for the price. Slight smell of bathroom drain was the only real downside, but it wasn't nasty. Everything was clean. Rooms are truly tiny, but functional. Reception very responsive.

Compete and utter rubbish. Room is dirty, small, half empty shampoo bottles, dirty floor, Wall, staff rude, dismissive and demanding 500hkd deposit, after refusing she bargain down to 60hkd and then after i pushed more she gave in. It’s a scam! Ants in bed… Noisy room heard everyone’s Shower and toilet Came into my room claiming my key was outside…. Dodgy….

The place is just walking distance to Causeway Bay station. Shops, food stores, convenience stores are also nearby. The room I stayed in is also nice and enough for me. Yes the rooms are quite small and enough for 1-2 person, but what I want to endorse here is Ms Delia (Filipino) who is very accommodating towards the guest. She is very helpful and I recommend to seek her if you plan to stay in here so she can give you a very nice room.

The service was very great and Ms. Dhelia was very friendly and approachable. The hotel is good and it is convenient to stay. If you need something they will give it right away to you. They will you give a great treatment for the customers and it is really good to stay because you will have a good time to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
