We ended up at this place because its decor and aesthetics matched our expectations. Unfortunately, problems during our stay and the service, which completely disregarded us as customers, made these three days spent in this place the worst money we've ever spent. During our stay at the hotel, there was NO RUNNING WATER. It was a problem that had apparently been ongoing for some time, but we were not informed about it during check-in. What's more, after reporting the issue multiple times, we kept receiving the information that the entire region was dealing with this problem. The lack of water meant the inability to flush the toilet, wash our hands, not to mention taking a shower. For the first three days, we tried to be understanding, but it seemed unbelievable to us that establishments providing such services could function without water. Of course, it turned out that it was not a problem of the entire region but solely concerned this hotel. In neighboring restaurants and hotels, no one had water issues. On the last day, the staff called a technician who resolved the problem. We expressed our disappointment to the manager and also emailed the hotel's customer service. However, we did not receive any response. These are not customer-friendly behaviors. The discomfort caused by the lack of water and the attitude of the staff made it irrelevant whether the hotel was "pretty" or not. I do not recommend it.

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff are lovely and welcoming, rooms are spotless and breakfast is great. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The location is also spot on as walking distance from the beach and lots of restaurants.

Beautiful design - everything seems really thought through, natural colours throughout, super beautiful. The rooms are spacious as is the bathroom. The one thing we felt was a bit over advertised is the terrace - this was just a very small area outside of the main entrance with absolutely no privacy whatsoever (the table from the 'terrace' next door is maybe half a meter away). The beach is less than 2 minute walk away and there are free loungers at essentially the 1st or 2nd restaurant which is really convenient. There's a small store about a minute away as well. The pool area is lovely, not seen from the road and has beautiful views of the nearby hills. I noticed somebody wrote the 'pool was falling apart' and this is absolutely not the case. The pool was perfect. A layer of the hot tub however was peeling (I imagine they'll redo this immediately after the summer) but this didn't affect us at all. The breakfast was great - actual freshly squeezed orange juice, a basket of treats, fresh vegetables and local cheeses and a selection of other choices (we had an omelette, eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit bowl, etc.). If anything, we thought the basket of treats could have been smaller (bread, croissants, etc.) as it seemed a lot of people left quite a bit of food behind and there was a lot of waste. Lastly, the lady at the reception was the absolute best. She was always incredibly positive and helpful. Some of the best customer service experience in Greece! Overall a fantastic stay - would particularly recommend to couples.

Major deficiencies compared to what was offered. In itself nice facility, but not very clean. Good and extensive breakfast. Very nice service at breakfast and at the bar. Small hotel so quiet and plenty of room in the pool. Great towel service. Atmospheric music by the pool. Close to the beach. Modern equipped rooms. The information provided on the web was simply wrong. There was no terrace or balcony as advertised. Not even the possibility to hang wet swimwear to dry. A price reduction was categorically refused by the management. In other words, we were sold a product that had significant defects, and yet not a cent was deducted. The cleanliness of the facility leaves a lot to be desired. Room service simply did not come on many days and we often even had to beg for toilet paper. The swimming pool is crumbling, although newly built, so the whirlpool is virtually unusable. Opposite is a giant hotel with a very loud air conditioner on the roof, which is also very loud all night.

Stayed here for one night while our hotel sorted out our room on our first day. This hotel is a nice bit of luxury rooms and bed very nice, food and breakfast very good, pool area stunning staff helpful and friendly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
