It is an excellent hotel that deserves its 4 stars. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to requests, real professionals. They perfectly organize excursions with their partners and transfers to the airport are beautifully supported. The hotel is modern and clean. The soundproofing is excellent and the bedding of very high quality will ensure you restful nights. I highly recommend this hotel whose location is ideal and which will allow you to enjoy in all serenity of Istanbul.

Nice hotel, noting special, but in a nice busy neighbourhood. Rooms are quite clean, at the street side busy, but not unpleasant. Transfer to the hotel was fine, transfer to the airport the chauffeur tried to rip us off. Told us that there was a lot of delay when we should go over the bridge, but the tunnel should by an hour quicker. It would only cost us €8 cash. There was no traffic jam- just check Google Maps - and tunnel cost only €2,5. Gave us a very unpleasant feeling.

Loved my stay at this hotel. I’ll try to stay there next time I visit Istanbul and I’ll recommend it to all friends & family who are going there. Amazing staff. One of my best experiences interacting with a hotel staff anywhere ever. Very friendly and helpful folk! Great stay overall. Keep it up 🙂

This is my experience in the hotel as I stay for ONE last night and leave tomorrow. It is honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in for it's size, including a very unique experience with the staff. They accommodated us nicely into our rooms and even helped book tours and a cruise on the following days for a cheaper price!!! The location is in the town centre with various shops and restaurants around but there are quite steep hills one has to traverse through. The views from the terrace (free tea and cookies every day at set times!) are exquisite and very photo-worthy!!! Compared to the vast majority of hotels in THIS area, this takes the win for me. The rooms are very clean as housekeeping (optional) will change towels, soaps, shampoos etc daily. Overall it has been a very pleasurable experience and I hope to visit Turkey (and maybe this hotel) again :)

Excellently placed and within walking distance of most attractions. Staff are exceptional and very helpful and genuine. Room was cozy and quite modern and clean. Would defintely recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
