        Really lovely room, very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Kitchenette replaces breakfast options in the hotel. The crowning glory is the service though, the person in reception was brilliant, really courteous and helpful. The area is a bit run down but there are lots of fast food and small food shops and it's near to the tube. Overall, great stay.

        Absolutely loved this room. Lovely cosy bed, very safe and secure with having to use a key card to access your floor, and w security doors just to get to the lobby. The dinning room/kitchen area in the room was fantastic and I absolutely loved it. Shower had great water pressure and felt very clean afterwards. McDonald's was a 2 minutes walk away, tescos a 4 minutes walk and the tube station was about a 10 minutes walk! Absolutely fantastic and would stay again.

        Wonderful experience staying at this hotel, from the room to the concierge everything was lovely. I had no issues with the room, the air conditioning worked perfectly and made the room warm which was very useful given the winter weathers in London. The room was nice and clean and shampoo, conditioner, gel & lotion was provided. There were plates, cutlery, cups & dishwashing liquid available as well which was very useful during the stay. The receptionists were incredibly nice and more specifically Kash fulfilled the stay to 5 stars. He was incredibly helpful during our stay as well as beyond check-out as he assisted us with holding our luggages which we were incredibly grateful for. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time 😊. Location wise in terms of travelling around London it’s not so bad if you don’t mind walking a little bit, I think the quality of the hotel makes it worth it.

        Good place to stay, it is very close to the underground and to the bus stops. The staff was really nice, we had a room for 4 people, so the other bed was a couch, which wasnt super comfy, but ok-ish. The only bad thing was broken door to the terrase through which cold wind was flowing in. But apart from that all good!

        First, the positive. Our room was positive, and you feel very safe here. The front desk is just inside the front door. And the staff pay attention to every person who enters. And the elevators and stairway doors are activated by your room key. You can only get to your own floor. The location is great, especially because there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Now, the not so good news. Our room was very, very, very small. The only room I've ever stayed in that was smaller was at the Omni Parker House in Boston. The bed in our room here took up much of the room, and to access the couch you have to pass between the bed and wall, which was maybe 9 inches, and in that space the TV was hung on the wall, obstructing the passageway. I thought about "upgrading" our room to one with a fancier title, but as you look at the floor plan it seems most of the rooms are the same small size. They just have a chair instead of the couch. We loved our stay at Aptel East because of its location, but were never excited to go back to our room.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
